(a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the said Registry of the High Court of Justice

and Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to

the sole Executor named in the said Will

It is hereby certified that it appears from information supplied on the application for this grant

that the gross value of the said estate in the United Kingdom amounts to £57125.00

and that the net value of such estate amounts to £56548.00

THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me ROBERT GEORGE BAILLIE of 20 Norcutt Road Twickenham in the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames

1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
2. I APPOINT JAMES KIDD of 14 Langden Close Haynes Nr. Bedford Bedfordshire to be the Executor and Trustee of this my Will
3. I DEVISE all of my real property and BEQUEATH all of my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Trustee UPON TRUST to sell and convert the same into money with power to postpone such sale and conversion including leaseholds or other property of a terminable hazardous or wasting nature during such period as my Trustee shall think proper and to retain the same or any other part thereof in its present form of investment without being liable for loss and TO HOLD the net proceeds upon the following trusts:-
   1. UPON TRUST to pay thereout my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses
   2. UPON TRUST to hold the remainder after such payments (hereinafter called my "residuary estate") IN TRUST for

      DOREEN MARGARET MAYERS [Robert's Neice] of 45 Hereford Road Feltham Middlesex

      JOYCE ANN HARDS [Probably Robert's Neice] of 125 Wigley Road Hanworth Middlesex

      and PEARL KIDD of 14 Langden Close aforesaid

      (hereinafter called "my residuary beneficiaries") in equal shares absolutely PROVIDED NEVERTHELESS that in the event of any of my residuary beneficiaries failing to survive me by the period of one calendar month but leaving issure living at the date of my death then such issue shall take per stirpes and if more than one in equal shares between them the share of my residuary estate which such deceased residuary benficiary would have received had she survived me

4. I HEREBY EMPOWER my Trustee to invest such part or parts of my residuary estate in any investment which he deems fit without being liable for loss
5. I HEREBY DECLARE that notwithstanding the trusts hereinbefore declared it shall be lawful for my Trustee at any time or times in his absolute discretion to raise any sum or sums out of the capital of my residuary estate and apply them for the advancement and benefit of any infant beneficairy during their minority in such manner as he shall think fit
