NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Frederick Ernest Bain and Roland Percival Bain carrying on the business of a Holiday Camp and Caravan Site and Dealers in Caravans at Torville Camp, Westward Ho!, Northam, Devon, under the style or firm of TORVILLE CAMP, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 19th day of February, 1958. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by Roland Percival Bain who will continue to carry on the said business.
