Questions Arising Out Of Will
1 April 1933

Questions arising out of the will of the late John Bastard, formerly postmaster at Port Adelaide came up before Mr. Justice Richards in the Civil Court yesterday. The testator died in June, 1908, and the will was executed in February, 1904. The estate was valued at £5,000. Certain matters connected with the will were dealt with by his Honor in August last, and the executor desired further direction.

Mr. H. B. Piper appeared for the trustee (Executor Trustee and Agency Company);

Mr. K. C. Duffield for Beatrice May Guenther (a daughter of the testator);

Mr. K. L. Ward for F. J. Baxter (one of the grandchildren appointed to represent all the grandchildren),

and Mr. A. M. Moulden for Adelaide Elizabeth Bastard (executor of Thomas D. Bastard).

His Honor reserved judgment.
