Judgment Reserved In Will Case

Mr. Justice Richards reserved judgment in the Civil Court yesterday in the application arising out of the will of Mr. John Bastard, formerly postmaster at Port Adelaide. Some time ago the court gave judgment on certain questions, and the present application is to decide whether or not there was an intestacy in regard to certain portions of the income.

Mr. H. B. Piper appeared for the trustee (the Executor Trustee and Agency Coy.),

Mr. G. C. Ligertwood. K.C., with Mr. K. C. Duffield for Mrs. Beatrice May Guenther (a daughter of the testator),

and Mr. K. L. Ward for F. J. Baxter (a beneficiary).
