In the Supreme Court of Tasmania
(ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION.)

Be it Known that GEORGE THOMAS BASTARD late of Kitley Orchard Bellerive in Tasmania formerly an Accountant but thereafter an Orchardist died on the fifteenth day of December 1918 at Bellerive aforesaid

And be it further Known that at the date hereunder writtn the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representatives of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to JAMES DEAR and ARTHUR LARCHIN BUTLER both of Hobart in Tasmania Solicitors two of the Executors named in the said Will KEITH MAURICE JAMES DEAR the other Executor in the said Will named having by Deed Pool dated the fourteenth day of August 1919 renounced and disclaimed the offices of Trustee and Executor under the said Will

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me GEORGE THOMAS BASTARD of Kitley Orchard Bellerive in Tasmania formerly an Accountant but now an Orchardist Whereof

I APPOINT JAMES DEAR   ARTHUR LARCHING BUTLER and KEITH MAURICE JAMES DEAR all of Hobart in Tasmania Solicitors to be Trustees and Executors

I GIVE DEVISE BEQUEATH and appoint my real and personal estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate unto my said Trustees UPON TRUST for my wife ANNA JANE BASTARD for her own use and benefit absolutely

AND I DECLARE that it shall be lawful for my said Trustees who may be Solicitors or a Solicitor to transact any business occasioned by the Trusts power or provisions of this my Will or otherwise connected with getting in or management of my estate or effects whether such business be usually within the business of a Solicitor or not and that they shall be allowed to make the professional or other proper and reasonable charges for all business done and time expended in relation thereto notwithstanding they shall be Trustees or Executors or any maxim to the contrary

I REVOKE ALL FORMER Wills and testamentary writings made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of January One thousand nine hundred and seventeen
