The name seems to be consistently spelt Babington, not Bebbington.

Ann must have been mistaken about her birthplace, I think.

She had an older brother, Henry, who was baptised at Burslem:

Can find nothing further on Henry jnr., apart from one in 1841 in Surrey Square, St. Mary Newington, Lambeth, who was not born in Surrey. He is a Leather Tanner, as is his son, and a daughter is a Furrier. They seem to have Ind., Stockbroker, etc. neighbours, so presumably they may have their own tannery business rather than just being lowly workers.
