Think I would favour the following one, whose father is a bricklayer/cordwainer - a skilled workman, and j49b becomes a skilled workman rather than just an ag lab.

In 1841 j49b and his family are living a couple of hundred yards from the parents of the following John.

N.B. when you are ready for them, I have files of info on the baptisms of j49b's siblings, and his father JB the Bricklayer/Cordwainer's marriages.
