The year of birth is way out, but this appears to be the correct Randle B. There is no other around who actually was born c1841.
His previous convictions were at Knutsford, Nantwich and Chester, and in 1891 he was living at Audlem, only c5 miles from Drayton in Hales (now Market Drayton) where the offence here recorded had taken place.
