There is the following baptism record for a suitably aged Sarah, mother of Sarah b1835:

Christening Date: 5 May 1811
NB the record is in the Malpas register, but the baptism took place at Cholmondeley, and were among several records which were not entered in the proper place, according to the register note, because the list didn't arrive in time. The parents are 'of Bulkeley'.

NOTE - the register definitely says Mary, but the Cholmondeley list looks to have been entered in a bit of a rush, so perhaps a mistake.

The only likely marriage of a Thomas and Mary took place in 1798 at Davenham, which is around 15 miles from the family's usual parish choices, and there is no later marriage recorded of a Martha to a Thomas Bebbington, to imply that he was first married to a Martha (mother of older daughter Martha), she died, he then married a Mary, she died, he then married another Martha who was with him at the census.

I suspect that Sarah's parents were Thomas and Martha, with whom Sarah's daughter, sarah_1 bebbington, was living in 1841.
I can find no suitably-aged Sarah in the vicinity of Bulkeley in the 1841 census, to be the Sarah b.c.1811, and suspect the following burial may be her's - the age is spot on.

Residence: Buckley the only Cheshire Buckley seems to be in the Flintshire part of Cheshire up near the Wirral. I think the register entry may be a misnaming of Bulkeley. The census was taken a few nights after her burial so she's not included of course. However, a little boy buried a few weeks earlier than Sarah, also said to be of 'Buckley', belonged to parents who are living in Bulkeley at the census, so the same mistake apparently was made with his place of residence.
