Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 12th day of December 1962, duly executed and attested, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 18th day of January 1963, JOAN MARJORIE LYSAGHT-FINIGAN of 92 Hardwick Road, Streetly, Staffordshire, Feme Sole, a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by birth has formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Betts and has assumed and adopted and intends thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the surname of Lysaght-Finigan instead of Betts so as to be at all times thereafter called, known and described by the name of Joan Marjorie Lysaght-Finigan exclusively. - Dated the 18th day of January 1963.
