The Bankruptcy Act, 1869.

In the County Court of Yorkshire, holden at Leeds.

In the Matter of Preceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Thomas Henry Calvert, of Leeds, in the county of York, Cloth Manufacturer, trading as Thomas Henry Calvert and Co.

The creditors of the above-named Thomas Henry Calvert who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before the 27th day of December, 1872, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to me, the undersigned, John Gordon, of 23, Albion-street, Leeds, Accountant, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. - Dated this 12th day of December, 1872.
