I, Arthur Foster Chapman of the City of St. Thomas in the County of Elgin in the Province of Ontario Shoemaker make oath and say as follows:

That, for the space of fifteen days immediately preceding the issuance of this license, I Arthur Foster Chapman have had my usual place of abode within the Province of Ontario;

That I believe there is no affinity, consanguinity, prior marriage or other lawful cause or legal impediment to bar or hinder the solemnization of the marriage; and

That the contents set forth herein are to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, true in every particular:
