Mrs. Mary Hatton
Dated February 15th 1913

This is the partly printed and partly written document now produced referred to in the Affidavit of Thomas Dutton Hatton sworn before me this ninth day of April 1913

A Justice of the Peace in and for the Dominion of New Zealand

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Hatton of Lyttelton in the Dominion of New Zealand.

I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary instruments heretobefore made by me. I appoint my jisband Thomas Dutton Hatton of Lyttelton, in the Dominion of New Zealand to be the Executor of this my Will.

I direct my Executor to pay my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses.

I give and bequeath all my real and personal property and expectancies of what kind soever to my husband, Thomas Dutton Hatton, with the proviso that my four Silver tablespoons shall become the property of my Son, Thomas Cureton upon the death of my said husband Thomas Dutton Hatton;

and that the rest of silverware and plate shall become the property of my sons Thomas Cureton and John Dutton and my daughter Matilda Muriel, share and share alike, upon the death of my husband, Thomas Dutton Hatton. Witness my hand this fifteenth day of February 1913
