Brought In Mr. Rolfe R O from the Camberwell Infirmary, where she has been 2 days.

The Med. Cert States - She has a delusion that "God Almighty" and "Jesus Christ" have for sometime past visited her at night. She state that Angels have been over her bed, that they look hungry and she feeds them. One of them she says is her uncle and is now sitting on her bonnet laughing at her.

Rose Mayersback informs me that she has on four separate occasions attempted suicide.

To the Coroner for the Western Division of Surrey:

Notice of Death

I hereby give notice, That Susannah Guyett or Mayersbach aged 51, a Pauper Patient, admitted into this Asylum on the 24th. Day of May 1879, died therein in the presence of Margaret Wells on the 13th. Day of May 1880.

Cause of Death and Duration of Disease: Exhaustion from Obstruction of the Small Intestine, with Peritonitis - about 5 days duration.

Results of the post mortem examination and special remarks: About 18 inches of the ??unam? was micarcerated in an opening in the uctovaginal portion of pelvic fascia, on the left side - there was ??? of the gut with purionitis above the seat of obstruction.
