Directs that Ivy Lilian Tidswell shall retain her house at 40a Bellevue Street, Cape Town at a rental of Three pounds per month, while she is unmarried.

Leaves most of furniture to Ivy Lilian Tidswell

Directs that the pictures, silver and books shall be divided between three children in equal shares.

Directs that her jewellery and personal effects be divided between her two daughters.

Bequeaths a tapestry "The May Day in England" to Ivy Lilian Tidswell.

Administrators invest remainder of the estate and pay the income in equal shares to her three children.

After the death of her children, bequeaths One Thousand Pounds to the Slacklane Baptist Church, Oakworth, Yorkshire for purposes in memory of her father, Joseph Hall, and sister, Mary Hannah Hall.
