John Calvert Hayes, of Leeds, in the county of York, Corn Factor, haying been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy for the Leeds District, on the 20th day of April, 1869, a public sitting, for the said, bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held before William Scrope Ayrton, Esq., a Commissioner of the said Court, on the 4th day of June next, at the said Court, at Leeds, at half-past eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. Mr. George Young, of Leeds, is the Official Assignee, and, Mr. Thomas Simpson, of Leeds, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
