I Mary Elizabeth Bye 97 Roundwood Road Willesden in the County of Middlesex hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made and declare this to be my last will

whereof I appoint William John Broomhall 54 Burns Road and George Frederick Jackson 5 Hanford Road Brixton November 14th 1921 to be my EXECUTORS

I direct my Executors to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses

I give and bequeath

I also appoint the above Executors to administer the estate of the will of my late Mother Maria Littlewood re the property known as 121 and 123 Roundwood Road in the parish of Willesden

I will and bequeath to my daughter Helena Esther Broomhall my Gilt Looking glass and mahogany Arm chair

to my daughter Elizabeth Mary Lloyd Feather bed What not

I will & bequeath to my step daughter Frances McSweeney Wooden Armchair

I Mary Elizabeth Bye do bequeath any little thing that Mrs Sarah Leggetter would like

would like also the name of my late son Frank to be put on Grave stone

also my son Joseph to have what he fancies

also other effects to be sold which may be purchased by any of the following sons & daughters at a price agreed by any four of them & the amount realised by such or any other sale to be added to any money due to me at the Co-operative Stores or any other source & the amount to be equally divided between the following sons & daughters Helena Esther Broomhall Alice Jackson Elizabeth Mary Lloyd Ebenezer Bye Fred Bye Muriel May Erickson Edith Baxter but not their next of kin

Joseph Thomas Bye also to share in any monies left over after all expenses & debts are paid

also my daughter Alice Jackson to have the Bedstead & Flock Bed

also to Sarah Emily Leggetter the little clock and pair ornaments to match
