NB - This is the first of 82 pages in the file for Edward William Jones.

The file contains detailed notes on his treatment for a bayonet wound to his eye, pay etc.

On Page 15 it says "Latest Address c/o Cut? Bank, Pouce Coupe, B.C."

On Page 65 it says "Deceased 14-10-53" BUT the death certificate for the Edward William Jones who died on that date in British Columbia states he was born 25 November 1887 in Marylebone, England NOT Wrexham. There is a corresponding birth in the GRO.
