The Jurors for our Lady the Queen upon their oath present that Rose Mayersbeth on divers days and times between the first day of June and the sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety seven at the parish of Lambeth in the County of London and within the jurisdiction of the said Court being a person over the age of sixteen years and having the custody charge and care of Ethel Rose Mayersbeth, a girl under the age of sixteen years to wit of the age of one year and eleven months or thereabouts unlawfully and wilfully did neglect the said Ethel Rose Mayersbeth in a manner likely to cause her unneccessary suffering or injury to her health against the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lady the Queen her crown and dignity. | |
