Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting bewteen the undersigned Thomas Anthony Woods and Kishor Bhagwanjee Parekh carrying on business as Jewellers, at 115 Friargate, Preston in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of GEORGE KLIEWE has beeb dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st August 1977 so far as concerns the said Thomas Anthony Woods who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late Firm will be received and paid by the said Kishor Bhagwanjee Parekh who will continue in the said business.
