Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Hook, Francis Veere Lauder, and David Mollinson Neilson, carrying on business as Manufacturers of Tannic Anti-Fouling Compound, at 39, Kneller-road, Brockley, in the county of Kent, under the style or firm of C.HOOK AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the nineteenth day of October, 1901, so far as regards the said Francis Veere Lauder, who retired from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Hook and David Mollison Neilson, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or form of C. Hook and Co. - Dated this tenth day of February, 1902.
