In the Matter of a Deed of Assignment, executed on the 15th day of February, 1907, by GEORGE THOMAS POOLE, FRANCIS VEERE LAUDER, ARTHUR WALTER THOMPSON, and NELLIE MAUD TUCKER, (the Wife of George Golding Tucker), all of No. 46, Upper Thames-street, in the city of London (trading together in copartnership under the style of "Poole, Lauder, and Co."), Importers and Exporters.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Trustee under the above deed will, on the 2nd day of March next, or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, pay a Dividend under such deed amongst those creditors of the said George Thomas Poole, Francis Veere Lauder, Arthur Walter Thompson, and Nellie Maud Tucker, trading as "Poole, Lauder and Co.", whose debts have been then admitted. All creditors who have not sent in particulars of their debts must, before the said 2nd day of March next, to send in their names and addresses, and the particulars of their claims, to Edward Dexter, of No. 21, Ironmonger-lane, in the city of London, Chartered Accountant, the Trustee, and be prepared toprove them, otherwise they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend. - Dated this 10th day of February, 1908.
