In the Matter of a Deed of Assignment, executed on the 15th day of February, 1907, by GEORGE THOMAS POOLE, FRANCIS VEERE LAUDER, ARTHUR WALTER THOMPSON, and NELLIE MAUD TUCKER, (the Wife of George Golding Tucker), all of No. 46, Upper Thames-street, in the city of London (trading together in copartnership under the style of "Poole, Lauder, and Co."), Importers and Exporters.

The creditors of the separate estate of the above named Francis Veere Lauder, who have not already sent in their claims, are required, on or before the 2nd day of March next to send in their names and addresses, and the particulars of their claims, to Edward Dexter, of No. 21, Ironmonger-lane, in the city of London, Chartered Accountant, the Trustee under the said deed, after which date the Trustee will proceed to deal with the estate. - Dated this 17th day of February, 1908.
