The magistrates for the Holmfirth petty sessional division, at a meeting held on the 24th ult., appointed Mr. Nehemiah Learoyd, solicitor of Holmfirth (of the firm of Floyd and ????) ??? office of clerk to the magistrates, on the resignation of Mr. Kidd.
