The application made at Bow-street Police-station for a warrant to apprehend Mr Nehemiah Learoyd, on a charge of "alleged forgery of two affidavits used or intended to be used in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice," has naturally attracted attention in London, where the accused is well known. The course pursued by the prosecution, coupled with the statement made by Mr George Lewis, induced Mr Vaughan to grant the warrant, and efforits, it is understood, will be forthwith made to arrest Mr Learoyd, unless he should at once surrender. I need scarcely add that the supposed offender was a candidate3 in the Conservatice interest at the recent election for Boston.
