NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands against or upon the estate of Elizabeth Ann West Alabaster (commonly known as Elizabeth Ann West), late of 6, Eastcourt-road, Worthing, in the county of Sussex, formerly of 2, St. Lukes-villas, Norfolk-road, Maidenhead, in the county of Berks, Widow, deceased (who died on the 19th day of December, 1899, and whose will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry, on the 3rd day of February, 1900, by the executors therein named), are hereby required, on or before the 16th day of November, 1901, to send particulars, in writing, to me, the undersigned, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of vhich they shall then have had notice. - Dated this 8th day of October 1901.
