Will of Robert Lidgett of Bickley
1 December 1834


I Robert Lidgett of Bickley Black Smith, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following

That is to say, after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid I direct watever money may be left to be plased out at Intrest, at the discretion of my executor and the intrest to be equilly divided amongst my three beloved Children equelly share and share alike for and dureing thair natural lives - names of my Children as follows Elizabeth Bebington, John Lidgett, Thomas Lidgitt

I also direct that if one of the above die that the said amount of Intrest be devided equelly betwixt the remaining two and that the longest liver shall have the whole of the said intrest during his life and at his or her decese - the whole of the Princepal to be Equelly devided Equelly share & share a like amongst my Grand Children that may then be liveing

Lastly I appoint Peter Humphreys of Cholmondeley Builder sole executor of this my will

I hereby Declare this my last will. In Witness here to I have set my hand and sele this first day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and Thirty four Robt Lidgett

Signed and seled by the said testator in the presence of us who at his request, in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses

Peter Humphreys the Sole Executor in this Will named was sworn in Common form and also made oath that the personal Estate and Effects of the testator within the Diocese of Chester were under the value of Four hundred and Fifty pounds
