In the name of God Amen I John Luce of Rockhampton in the County of Gloucester yeoman being stif? in bodey butt [sic] in perfect sense and memory blessed be god for the same I do thus male my last will and testament as followeth
First I give and bequeath unto my son John Luce twenty five pounds to be paid in a year after my deaces?
Secondly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Luce twenty five pounds to be paid in a year after my deaces?
Thirdley I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Luce twenty five pounds to be paid in a year after dea??
and it is my will and desier that this money should be paid to my trustees and be putt [sic] too [sic] interest by them till my Said Children attain? to the age of twenty one years or be married which forst? shall happen
and it is my will that if ither? of my Children shall dey? before the attain? to the age of twenty one years or be married that the said leagossey? or leagossis? shall be equally divided between them that liveth
Lastley I Constetute? and make my wife Sarah Luce my full and sole Executrix? of this my last will and testament and doth give unto her all my goods and chattels bills bonds and debts what soever I shall dey? possessed of and that my Executricks? shall pay all my debts and Leagossoys and it is my desier? that my brother Thomas Luce and Thomas Wither Junior be my Trustees to see this my will performed
Sined sealed and delivered this tenth day of June in the year of our lord on [sic] thousand seaven [sic] hundred and twenty five in the pressance [sic] of us
