In the name of God Amen I, Charles Mayersback of the County of Grant and State of Kentucky being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind do make and ordain this my last will and testament. First, I desire that all of my just debts be paid and after the payment of which, it is my wish that all my estate both real, personal, and mixed be left to my beloved wife, Sarah, and my daughter, Henrietta, and after the death of my said wife, Sarah, it is my wish that all of my estate remaining shall pass and go to my daughter, Henrietta, and her heirs forever and for the purpose of conveying this my last will into effect, I hereby appoint my daughter executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness hereof, I, Charles Mayersback have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 23rd day of January 1841.

I, Wm. Smith, clerk to the court for the county aforesaid, certify that this will of Charles Mayersback was produced in open court on the ... day of April 1841 and proved by the oath of Lewis Myers subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded which is accordingly done.
