1st Witness.	Major J.R.B.O'Sullivan recalled states:- I am the accused's company commander. I have never noticed any signs of drink on the accused. The accused is a most conscientous officer & very efficient. No questions by the prosecutor, or by the court. The court is closed for the consideration of the Sentence.
