On reading the Statement filed on behalf of the Petitioner and Affidavits of Notice of ?? dated 17 Jan 1900 and joint Affidavit of Petitioner & Frank Osbaldestone sworn 14 dec. 1899

and hearing Counsel thereon, it is ordered that the Petitioner be at liberty to amend petition herein by adding charges of adultery by Respondent with persons unknown & to proceed in this Cause without making the alleged Adulterers, or either of them,

other than Murdock

Co-Respondents. & it is further ordered that personal service on the Co-Respondent Murdock of the Citation issued against him in this Cause be dispensed with and that the said Citation, or an abstract thereof, to be settled by one of the Registrars of this Division of the court be advertised as the said Registrar may direct.
