UPON HEARING the Solicitors for the Petitioner & Respondent.

I DO ORDER that the Respondent, within 7 days from the service of this order, do file in the Divorce Registry, and furnish to the Petitioner further and better particulars of the following paragraphs of the Answer as follows:-

and that the Respondent within the same time do file an affidavit and furnish to the Petr. a copy of the said affidavit that no further or better particulars than the particulars given hereunder can be given from the facts now within her knowledge: And I FURTHER ORDER that if at any time between the date of the particulars, if any, being given by the Respt. under this Order and the hearing of this Cause, the Respt shall obtain such further information as will enable her to give particulars of the matters in respect of which she may have previously made affidavit that she had then no knowledge, she shall forthwith give particulars thereof to the Petr. by way of additional particulars, and if it shall appear at the hearing that the Respt. shall have neglected to comply with this portion of the Order, and that the Petr. shall have been materially prejudiced thereby, then that the case shall be dealt with by rejection of the evidence, or by adjournment of the trial, or otherwise as to the Court shall seem just: And I FURTHER ORDER that if any such further particulars be delivered at any time less than ten clear days before the hearing of this Cause, the Petr. may apply by Summons for the postponement of the hearing of the Cause: And I FURTHER ORDER that the   have   days further time to file   after the filing and delivery of the said Particulars and Affidavit.
