Mayersbeth against Mayersbeth & Murdock

Upon Hearing the Solicitors for the Respondent and Petitioner I do order that Robert Charles Mayersbeth the Petitioner do, within seven days from the service of this Order, pay to the Respondent, or to Stewart & Ainger of 40 Chancery lane W.C. the Respondent’s her Solicitors, the sum of £ 32 - 3 - 10 being the amount of the Respondent’s Costs, as taxed by one of the Registrars of this Division of the Court. And I do further order that the Petitioner do, within a like period lodge in Court the sum of £ 25 - estimated by one of the said Registrars as sufficient to cover the Costs and Expenses of the Respondent of, and incidental to the Hearing or Trial of the Cause, or give a Bond under his Hand and Seal, and of two sufficient Sureties in the penal sum of £ 50 - conditioned for the payment of such expenses of the Respondent as shall be certified to be due and payable by the said Petitioner not exceeding the said sum of £ 25 - with 48 hours’ notice of such Sureties to the Solicitor of the Respondent, and that al further proceedings be stayed until this Order is complied with; and in the event of this Order not being complied with within the time specified herein, and of the proceedings being stayed in consequence, the Petitioner shall upon complying with the Order at any subsequent time, give Notice thereof in writing to the other parties appearing in the Cause: and after ten days have elapsed from such Notice being given, but not before, this Cause shall, unless otherwise ordered, be tried in its order in the List of Causes for trial or hearing.
