Particulars of Acts of Adultery furnished in pursuance of Order dated the 28th day of November 1899
The following are the particulars of the acts of adultery charged in the 4th paragraph of the Petition in this cause and now furnished in pursuance of an Order of this Court dated the 28th day of November 1899
The said Robert Charles Mayersbeth the Petitioner alleges that the adultery mentioned in the 4th paragraph of the said Petition was committed in the months set out in the said paragraph and especially in May and June 1898 at 26 Ethelred Street Lambeth where the co-respondent then resided and where the respondent frequently visited him
