I Robert Charles Mayersbeth of 81 Priory Grove Clapham in the County of Surrey Commission Agent the above named Petitioner make oath and say as follows

1. I have been informed and verily believe that the Acts of adultery referred to in the 4th paragraph of the Petition filed in this cause took place in the months set out in the said paragraph and especially in May and June 1898 at 26 Ethelred Street Lambeth where the co-respondent then lived and where the respondent frequently visited him

2. That from the facts now within my knowledge I am unable to give any further and better particulars than the particulars given hereunder furnished herewith
