The following are further & better particulars of the times when the acts of cruelty mentioned in paragraphs 3 4 & 5 of the Respondents Answer were committed furnished pursuant to an order herein dated the 20th day of February 1900.
1. The act of cruelty mentioned in paragraph 3 of the said Answer was committed on some date between the month of June 1894 & the month of December 1894.
2. The act of cruelty mentioned in paragraph 4 of the said Answer was committed on some date between the month of October 1896 & the month of March 1897.
3. The act of cruelty mentioned in paragraph 5 of the said Answer was committed on some date between the month of October 1896 & the month of March 1897, but subsequently to the act of cruelty mentioned in paragraph 4 of the said Answer.
