It is with great sadness but also with great eternal hope that the family and friends of Rob announce his passing.
Rob is survived by his son Scott (Amy).
A dear brother to Gary (Brenda), Carol, Charlene (Doug) and Laura.
Fondly remembered by nephews, nieces and his numerous friends.
A special thanks to Chris and Judy Lee and Patty and Jim Banks who sacrificially and tirelessly dedicated themselves to give Rob as much comfort as possible in his last few weeks and days.
Rob will be remembered by those who knew him well as one with a tender heart and with a sincere desire to overcome obstacles in his own life. His passion to help others, find health and fitness through his chosen profession as a gym owner and personal trainer will be long remembered by those who benefited from their relationship with him.
The family will be available for visitation from 1:00 p.m. with a service of remembrance to follow at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth 519-527-1390.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Seaforth Food Bank in Rob's memory would be greatly appreciated.
