Re MUNNERY

BY Order of the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice dated the 11 June 1945 made in the Matter of the Estate of GERTRUDE ELLEN MUNNERY deceased (late of Brighton in the County of Sussex) Horn aginst Munnery (1944 M. No. 1218) the following Inquiry was directed viz.:-

An Inquiry what person or person upon the death of Gertrude Ellen Munnery who died on 28th December 1943 became beneficially entitled either absolutely or contingently to any property of hers as to which she died inestate and for what estates and interests and in what shares and proportions and if any such persons are since dead when they died and if any such persons died having attained an absolute vested interest who are their personal representatives. Notice is hereby given that all persons claiming to be entitled under the said Inquiry are to send by post prepaid to Ernest Charles Randall of 59A London Wall, London, E.C.w, Solicitor, as to reach that address on or before the 18th July 1947 their full names, adddress and descriptions and full particulars of their claims or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the said Order unless the Court or Judge on application otherwise orders. - Dated this 15th day of May 1947.

NOTE. - Information is particularly sought as to:-

1. Hubert Cox, born at Wallingford in 1886, believed to have returned from Canada in 1932 and may have lived in Reading or his issue.

2. Ellen Wood, formerly Munnery, born 1848, Henry Munnery, born 1851 and Harriett Bassett formerly Munnery, born 1855 or their issue.

3. Mary Munnery born about 1831 or 1832 at Brighton or her issue.

4. Frederick Ernest Munnery, born 1905 last heard of at Alperton Middlesex about 1938 or his issue.

5.Edith Bessie Munnery born 1903 at Brighton.
