NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Emma Calvert and John Edward Calvert, carrying on the trade of a Dyer, at Leeds, in the county of York, under the copartnership firm of John Calvert and Son, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing to and from the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said John Edward Calvert. -Dated this 31st day of December, 1855.
