COURT FOR RELIEF OF INSOLVENT DEBTORS.

The following PRISONERS, whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, and whose Petitions and Schedules, duly filed, have been severally referred and transmitted to the County Courts hereinafter mentioned, pursuant to the Statute in that, behalf, are ordered to be brought up before the Judges of the said Courts respectively, as herein set forth, to be dealt with according to Law:

late of No. 4, Saint Mark-street, Woodhouse-lane, Leeds, Yorkshire, in lodgings, out of business,

previously of Little Queen-street, Wellington-road,

formerly of Fenton-street, Woodhouse-lane,

theretofore of the Griffin Hotel, Boar-lane, all in Leeds aforesaid,

theretofore of the Brunswick Hotel, Piccadilly, Manchester, Lancashire,

theretofore of the Queen's Hotel, Saint Marlin-le-Grand, in the city of London,

theretofore of Walsall, Staffordshire, at all such places in lodgings, out of business,

theretofore of Killien Cottage, near the city of Armagh, and county of Armagh, Ireland.

Small Farmer, and Joint Patentee with David Boyd, of Killien aforesaid, in a Flax Scutching Machine, under the name of Nelson and Boyd,

theretofore of Heartspool, Lisnaeree, near Kilkeel, County Down, Ireland, Small Farmer, occupying a Flax Scratching Mill there,

theretofore of No. 3, Cherry Mount, Crumlin-road, in the city of Belfast, and county of Antrim, Ireland, in lodgings, out of business,

theretofore of Park-street, Selby, Yorkshire, out of business,

previously of the same place, Flax Dresser, occupying a Flax Mill and adjoining land, in Millgate, Selby aforesaid, carrying on business under the style or firm of John Nelson and Co.,

theretofore of the same place, Flax Dresser, in Copartnership with George Albermarle Cator, of Park-street, Selby aforesaid, carrying on business in and occupying the aforesaid mill and premises, under the style or firm of Cator, Nelson, and Co., as Flax Dressers,

theretofore of Carr Lodge, Carr-lane, Little London, Leeds aforesaid, out of business,

theretofore of the same place,

and theretofore of Bridlington-quay, Yorkshire, Ironmonger, Brass and Ironfounder, carrying on business with George Nelson, at No. 47, Briggate, Leeds aforesaid, as Stove Manufacturers, Smiths, Furnishing Ironmongers, Brass and Iron Founders, under the style or firm of James Nelson and Sons (some time known and described as John Nelson the younger).

N.B. - 1. If any Creditor intends to oppose a Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given to the said Prisoner, in writing, which may be left at the Gaol two clear days before the day of hearing above mentioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the day of giving such notice and of the said day of hearing.

2. The petition and schedule will be produced by the proper Officer for inspection and examination at the Office of the Court in London, between the hours of Eleven and Three, on this notice being exhibited; and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act of 1st and 2nd Victoria, cap. 110, sec. 105.
