Notice of Change of Name by Deed Poll.
I, LOUISE NEWMAN, heretofore called and known
by the name of Louise Sanzenbacher, of 118,
Page's walk, Old Kent-road, London, S.E., hereby
give public notice, that on the 16th day of
Ocotober, 1918, I formally, and absolutely renounced
relinquished and abandoned the use of
my said surname of Sanzenbacher, and then
assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth
on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe
the name of Newman instead of the said name of Sanzenbacher;
and I give further notice, that by a deed
poll, dated the 16th day of October, 1918, duly executed
and attested and enrolled in the Central Office of
the Supreme Court, on the 31st day of October, 1918,
I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and
abandoned the said surname of Sanzenbacher, and declared
that I had assumed and adopted and intended
thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and
subscribe the name of Newman instead of Sanzenbacher,
and so as to be at all times thereafter called,
known and described by the name of Newman exclusively.
