Notice of Change of Name by Deed Poll.
I, JENNETTA NEWMAN, heretofore called and
known by the name of Jennetta Sanzenbacher,
of 118, Page's-walk, Old Kent-road, London, S.E.,
hereby give public notice, that on the 9th day of
November, 1918, I formally and absolutely renounced,
relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname
of Sanzenbacher, and then assumed and adopted
and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever
to use and subscribe the name of Newman
instead of the said name of Sanzenbacher; and I give
further notive[sic], that by a deed poll dated the 9th day
of November, 1918, duly executed and attested, and
enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court
on the 28th day of November, 1918, I formally and
absolutely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the
said surname of Sanzenbacher, and declared that I
had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth,
upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the
name of Newman instead of Sanzenbacher, and so as
to be at all times thereafter called, known and described
by the name of Newman exclusively. - Dated
the 28th day of November, 1918.
