London Gazette, 27 February, 1920 - Gottlob Sanzerbacher or Newman


I, GOTTLOB NEWMAN, heretofore called and known by the name of Gottlob Sanzerbacher, of 118, Page's-walk, Old Kent-road, in the county of London, hereby give public notice, that on the 8th day of January, 1920, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of my said, surname of Sanzerbacher, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Newman instead of the said name of Sanzerbacher; and I give further notice, that by a deed poll, dated the 8th day of January, 1920, duly executed and attested, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on the 16th day of February, 1920, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the said surname of Sanzerbacher, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Newman instead of Sanzerbacher, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known and described by the name of Newman exclusively. - Dated the 16th day of February, 1920.
