In loving memory
Born Whitby, North Yorkshire, 2 September 1925.
Died Sanderstead, Surrey, 23 September 1999.
Husband of Joan Paddy and brother of Margaret E. Sewell
Don developed grand mal epilepsy in 1945 as a result of a severe blow to the head whilst serving in the RAF. After the war he continued his studies and followed a professional career. He had many hobbies including DIY, photography and rambling.
On retirement he took up bowling, becoming a keen and dedicated player until his death from cancer.
He coped positively and courageously with his epilepsy for 54 years. He became a member of the BEA in the 1950's.
Our hearts are filled with memories we've gathered through the years. And all the happy times we've shared are treasured souvenirs.
