Order Not Obeyed
Pleading that the respondent had failed to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights, Laurence George Malvern Paddy (Mr. Aekins) asked for dissolution of his marriage with Nellie Ellen Paddy. The marriage took place in July, 1929. His Honor issued a decree nisi.
