State of Missouri County of Audrain
This License Authorizes any Judge of a Court of Record, or Justice of the Peace, or any Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel who is a citizen of the United States, to Solemnize Marriage between Lewis J Patterson of Bloomington in the County of McLean and State of Illinois, who is over the age of twenty-one years; and Luella P Barge of Bloomington in the County of McLean and State of Illinois who is over the age of eighteen years.

This is to certify, that the undersigned Ordained Minister of the Gospel in the said County, on the 23 day of Feb. the 23, A.D. 1910 [sic], State of Missouri, County of Audrain did, at Mexico unite in Marriage the above named persons, and I further certify that I am a citizen of the United States, and legally qualified under the laws of the State of Missouri to solemnize Marriage.
