ASSISTED IMMIGRATION

NOMINATION FORM

To be lodged at the Immigration Branch, Department of Agriculture, Hobart.

I, Harold Pease occupation Carpenter of ?? Heargate? having resided in the State for 9 months hereby nominate the persons mention hereunder for assisted passages from Ilkley, England to Hobart, Tasmania, and I hereby deposit the sum of £   in payment of such assisted passage. Such assisted passage shall be granted only provided the persons nominated be approved by the Agent-General for Tasmania, who shall satisfy himself that the nominees are of sound mental and bodily health, and of good moral character.

I hereby guarantee that employment will be awaiting the persons herein nominated, or that adequate provision will be made by me for their maintenance after their arrival in this State; and also that they will take up permanent residence in Tasmania.

Reference may be made to the persons mentioned at the foot hereof.
