THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ADA ALICE STEVENS of 42 Pavilion Gardens Staines Middx. in the County of Middx made this 1st Dec. 1949 day of first December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty nine.

I HEREBY revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore I appoint my husband Edwin James Stevens, 42 Pavilion Gardens, Staines, Middx. to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my son Irving Hawtre Thomas Bye his late fathers cigarette case, Gold watch and chain. This is the only way he shall benefit under my Will.

To my daughter Mary Eileen Bye, such personal belongings as I may leave her, but only in the form of jewellery. This is the only way she shall benefit under my Will.

The remainder of my personal belongings, Furniture, property at Newton Abbott, Devonshire, shall be the sole possessions of my present husband Edwin James Stevens, and he shall distribute it in any way which he shall please to do.

Should I predecease my present husband, Edwin James Stevens, the above bequests will be entirely void, and the whole of my property, money, Savings Certificates, and all my personal belongings shall belong to, in equal shares Christopher Rogers and Patricia Rogers Son, and daughter, of my nephew Harold Rogers, address at present 17 The Grove, Isleworth, Middx.
