To the Honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:
The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said parties, and upon oath states:
that said Charles Henry Schieber is 30 years of age, on the 25 day of January 1902, his residence is Akron Ohio, his place of birth is Bakersville Ohio, his occupation is Commission merchant, his father's name is John W. Schieber, his mother's maiden name was Mary Kuenebaugh?; that he was previously married once, and that he has no wife living.
That said Anna Elizabeth McEwen is 30 years of age on the 17 day of October 1902, her residence is Akron Summit County, Ohio, her place of birth is Johnstown Penna, her occupation is None, her father's name is James McEwen, her mother's maiden name was Sarah Gocher? that she was not previously married and is not a widow or divorced woman; that she has no husband living.
Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal impediment to their marriage.
It is expected that Rev Clark is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.
