The R.M.s, Ventura arrived from San Francisco, Honolulu, and Pago Pago at 4.53 a.m. ro-day, and berthed at Queen street Wharf. The purser, Mr Bucknan, reports that the Ventura left San Francisco at 1.52 a.m. on January 17, 14 hours late; Honolulu at 10.40 a.m. on the 23rd, and Pago Pago at 10.50 p.m. on 29th, arriving at Auckland as above. The actual time taken on the voyage was 17 days 17 hours 31 minutes, while the steaming time has been set down at 16 days 11 hours 52 minutes. Fine weather was experienced throughout the voyage.
